We had contacted Yanez based on great Google reviews and positive experiences of people in our neighborhood. Alex came out for the free estimate and not only provided the lowest quote (about half the price of other tree services) but also most thoroughly explained what pruning and trimming he would recommend and why. Within a week of reaching out to book, he and his crew came out to trim and prune five trees. The job took longer than they anticipated due to unexpected moth/caterpillar damage that required more limbs to be removed, but they finished it all in the day. Perhaps most notably, they did not charge for the extra work. The trees look great, the yard is clean, and now we're less worried about power line and house damage. We will certainly reach back out to Yanez for additional work in the future.
